This policy explains what personal data Panosee collects, why we collect it, who else it reaches, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website and the services booked through it.
1. Who we are
Panosee provides remote visual content services — 360° virtual tours, video editing and photo enhancement — for property owners and short-term rental hosts. Panosee is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], India.
For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the data described here. Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we act as the data controller for website visitors and enquiries, and as a data processor for the property media clients send us to work on.
2. What we collect
When you contact us
Our contact form collects your name, email address and the message you write.
When you book a service
Our booking form collects your name, email address, the plan you selected, and — if you choose to provide it — the URL of your Airbnb, Booking.com or other listing.
Files you send us for a project
To produce a tour, video or photo set we need the photographs and video footage of your property. These are sent to us directly by email or by a file transfer link after booking. They may show the interior and exterior of a property, and can incidentally include people, vehicles, documents or other identifying details captured in frame. We only ever work from what you send us.
When you browse the site
If you agree to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics, which records information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. It is configured to anonymise IP addresses. If you decline, or before you have chosen, Google Analytics is never loaded and records nothing.
Our web fonts are served by Google Fonts and our photography is served by Unsplash. Loading these means your IP address is transmitted to Google and to Unsplash respectively, because your browser requests those files directly from them.
The site also stores a single preference in your browser's local storage, under the key
panosee-theme, to remember whether you chose light or dark mode. It contains no personal data, is
never transmitted to us, and you can clear it through your browser settings.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To answer enquiries and deliver bookings. Without your name, email and brief we cannot respond or produce the work. Where the GDPR applies, the basis is performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one.
- To produce your deliverables. We process the media you send purely to create the tour, video or photo set you ordered. We do not use your property media to train models, and we do not publish it as portfolio or marketing material without asking you first.
- To understand how the site is used. Analytics helps us see which pages are useful. This runs only where you have given consent, which is also the legal basis for it, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
- To keep records. We retain correspondence and invoices to meet tax and accounting obligations. The basis is compliance with a legal obligation.
4. Who else receives your data
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for advertising. It reaches the following service providers because they operate parts of this site:
- FormSubmit — our contact and booking forms are delivered through formsubmit.co, which forwards each submission to our email inbox. Your name, email, message, selected plan and any listing URL pass through their service.
- Google (Analytics) — receives the usage data described above.
- Google (Fonts) and Unsplash — receive your IP address when your browser loads fonts and images from them.
- Google (Gmail) — our business email, where enquiries, bookings and the files you send are received and stored.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
5. Where your data goes
Panosee operates from India and serves clients internationally. The providers listed above operate servers outside India and outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where the GDPR applies, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. 6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects — kept for [RETENTION PERIOD], then deleted.
- Project files you send us — kept for [RETENTION PERIOD] after delivery so revisions are possible, then deleted. Tell us at any point and we will delete them sooner.
- Finished deliverables — kept for [RETENTION PERIOD] so we can re-supply them if you lose your copy.
- Invoices and tax records — kept for as long as Indian tax law requires.
- Analytics data — retained according to the retention setting configured in our Google Analytics property.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold, and give you a copy;
- correct anything inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your data, where we are not required to keep it;
- restrict or object to how we use it, including opting out of analytics;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we relied on consent;
- receive your data in a portable format, where that right applies;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated, as provided under the DPDP Act.

If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or — if you are in the EU or UK — to your local supervisory authority.
8. Cookies and analytics
The only cookies this site sets are those used by Google Analytics, and they are not set unless you agree. On your first visit we ask. Until you choose, no Google script is loaded and no analytics cookie exists — declining means the script is never requested at all.
Your choice is stored locally in your browser under the key panosee-analytics-consent. You can
change it at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing
agreement is as easy as giving it. You can also block the cookies with your browser settings, Google's opt-out
add-on, or any tracker-blocking extension. Nothing on the site stops working either way.
9. Children
This site and our services are intended for adults running property listings. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to our email and project files is protected by strong authentication. Project media is deleted on the schedule described above rather than kept indefinitely. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows the last revision. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell you directly where we can.
